Vital Trace were approached as there was a requirement to provide access to security systems within private residential blocks in London via a cellular connection. It was key that data allowances were at a sufficient level as to not have any connectivity issues such hitting specific data caps and that no unforeseen overage bills were incurred as this had to be at a fixed cost to the client. It was also key that a fully encrypted service with a static IP address was provided so that two way communications could be achieved cost effectively.
Vital Trace proposed the IP AiR fully encrypted static IP service with unlimited data and Teltonika router hardware and upon an initial trail Future Group have now rolled the solution out over several locations.
